Could you eat quickly increase the risk of diabetes?

Eating too quickly may increase the risk of diabetes, says a small preliminary study. Lithuanian researchers compared 234 patients with type 2 diabetes with 468 people who did not have the disease, and found that those who ate more quickly were 2.5 times more likely to have diabetes than those who ate more slowly.
