How to eat the day before a wedding
Missing a few hours to seal your engagement. But be careful because the nerves can gamble a trick. It is important to consider the power not to suffer any stomach pain, headache, irritability, nausea or diarrhea. We offer some tips to avoid discomfort.
Avoid taking heavy meals, sugar, caffeine, spicy foods and alcohol. If you know that some foods that are feeling bad is best avoided. After lunch you good detected an infusion.
