Vitamin B6 is helpful to reduce the common symptoms of pregnancy such as nausea, vomiting and other problems. These are foods that will provide you with all these vitamins and others are also important: liver, meat, cabbage, bananas, eggs, corn, whole wheat, fish, oats, all vegetables in general, vegetable greens, yeast and nuts.
