Turn head
Sit with your spine erect but relaxed. Adjust the head so that you feel is right above the column. To do this, move your head slightly back and tucking your chin slightly inward. Roll the head in one direction first and then the other. Let the weight of the head that create the momentum.
Do this in a methodical way to go slow for the areas of tension and so clear them. Practice moving at least one minute in each direction. Finally, sit still and pay attention to the sensations that your body and your spine experience.
This relieves the tension of the neck and stimulates the thyroid gland.
