Yoga with deep breathing

Yoga deep breathingMost people do not breathe properly and we do it superficially.

One way to learn to breathe properly is a count of four slowly and feels the breath expands our rib cage with the ultimate goal to fill your chest with air. At the end of count to four, we breathe a little more and hold their breath again while we count to four. Exhale and count to four and again when we believe we have expelled all the air, we still breathe a little more.


This way of breathing will amaze us by its effects, may initially have a burning sensation in the lungs, but immediately the breathing becomes deeper and more secure, instead of counting to four counting to five, six and so reach a state of concentration that will cause the lungs to get used to this new way of breathing.
