Yoga exercise for parents and babies
With these simple yoga exercises and stretching accompanied by soft music, get them to relax with your baby.
The moon
This exercise is to open the entire side area of the body, to create space between the ribs easier to breathe and improves alignment of the spine. Hold the position and repeat switching sides.
I breathe better
Sit down with your hands against the neck. Blow bending forward and inspire stretching back.
Double forward flexion
Position that lengthens the spine and stretches the back of the body. This exercise facilitates circulation while massaging the abdominal organs.
The Spruce
Stand with arms outstretched leg to elevate the foot to support the knee. Gather the palms of the hands above the head, keeping the position for several seconds. Repeat a couple of series alternating legs.
Breathe easier II
To perform this exercise is to lie on side with head resting on hands and knees bent. Breathe in separating the arm up and blown down the arm flexing chest and abdomen.
