I was always of the opinion that all existing sports swimming is the most complete and almost a panacea for all ills. This is an exceptionally complete sport that lets you work your whole body at once, and in many cases the best alternative to choose.
If your goal is weight loss and physical activity beyond looking to play a sport regularly to lose those kilos is left you, I must say focus to swimming is an excellent idea which to choose.
