Alternate leg stretches

Alternate leg stretchesGrab Separate legs and toes or elsewhere on the leg where possible will keep the knees straight. Inhale and exhale down the center to the left leg, inhale and exhale to the center to the right leg. Move from the hips to stop opening the pelvis. Avoid bending and arching the upper back. Keep the spine comfortably straight and makes a good stretch of the back.


Let the muscles loosen, but do not force it. Continue with powerful breathing for two minutes you should practice the exercise.

Finally, inhaled into the center, hold the breath, apply root lock and then relax. Board rebottles legs and up and down a few times to relax and massage the muscles.

This exercise opens the pelvis and stretches the muscles of the legs.
