Vibrating Platform Exercise
In the United States found that the vibrating platform actually got good results after being tested scientifically.
The vibration platforms are a series of vibration through which energy is transferred to the body. The body adapts to the vibrations quietly when we are upright above it and the effect of the acceleration of gravity tends to absorb vertical vibrations.
This effect is achieved by a movement of relaxation which leads to involuntary muscle contraction. These vibrations to the muscles and lengthen involuntarily.
However, you should not buy a vibrating platform waiting to do everything alone, since it is a vibration-based training and in turn active, requiring minimal effort from us.
The training of the vibrating platform must be accompanied by specific exercises no more than 60 seconds. However, the training sessions are not advisable to exceed 15-20 minutes.
The type of exercises to be performed can be grouped into 3 categories:
1. Static-dynamic job: training technique alternating isometrics and dynamic exercises, usually done without overloading (weights).
2. Dynamic work: exercises to be performed with the use of overload (weight) and the execution of the subject of exercises for the muscles.
3. Isometric work: exercises in static natural under or overload
