Jogging, the Best Exercise Routine to Start the Sport

JOGGINGIf you do not have enough time to go to the gym to exercise, or not practice any sport and are starting to feel like a simple routine to start with, the best and easiest is to go jogging.

The footing can be done anywhere and with all kinds of weather, less rain that is.

To do this you just have to run slowly, really slowly and you start to improve your fitness as it is an aerobic exercise that helps to tone the body.
