Exercises back painBack pain affects many people, sedentary and not doing any exercise is a major cause of this evil. It is therefore advisable to stay active, follow certain rules of posture and daily activities to support the back less weight as possible.


To begin to do exercises provided, running, cycling or swimming will have a fit. The exercises done in the gym help make the back muscles are always powerful, flexible and resilient.

Before doing any exercise you have to warm up the muscles and at the end should stretch. Avoid spending long hours sitting and you lose the muscles of the back and there will be more likely to feel pain.

If you work sitting then uses a chair with back and keep going straight with your arms and elbows.

Change of position and get up every 30 or 45 minutes. If you work at the computer, place the screen in front of the eyes and the height of your head.

Always avoid loading more than 10% of the weight you have. If back pain is severe it is best to visit the doctor, avoid doing too much rest and staying active so that the muscles always work correctly.
