What is Kundalini Yoga?
30 years ago was Yogi Bhajan from northern India to the West to teach Kundalini Yoga to the public.Meanwhile it is practiced worldwide by over 100,000 people. The yoga exercises are quiet or dynamic linking and concentration, breathing technique and posture in an effective manner. The exercises increase well-being and balance, strengthen nerves, glands and immune system, activate the self-healing and purifying effect. Of / the practitioner learns the ability, the internal interplay between body, mind and soul to see through.
This gives us the opportunity to make us independent of outside influences, and better to stand by ourselves. Self-confidence and success in life are the result. The courses require no prior knowledge. The classes include theory and practice of yoga with rows of deep relaxation and meditation.
