Practicing Yoga Poses

The gravity, breathing, and the wave are peers. Scaravelli Vanda, who studied for many years with BKS Iyengar discovered that by focusing on these three friends at the same time, the practice of asanas was no effort. The postural stability rests on the base – which is on the ground, and the lightness and freedom in the wave created by the breath. Keep the three inseparable companions as the practice of yoga poses. It is a way to experience the spirit of yoga.
